GloBall Life Founding Supporter Terms

By making this payment, you agree to the following:

​

Nature of Support. Your payment is a voluntary, one-time Founding Supporter payment to GloBall Life, LLC, a for-profit company, in exchange for the benefits associated with your selected support level.

​

Not an Investment or Loan. This payment does not provide equity, ownership, voting rights, profit participation, repayment, interest or any other financial return. It is not an investment, loan or purchase of securities.

​

Not a Charitable Donation. GloBall Life, LLC is not a tax-exempt charitable organization. Your payment is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable contribution. Please consult your tax adviser regarding your individual tax treatment.

Use of Funds. GloBall Life may use supporter payments to develop and launch its original storytelling platform and GloBall Life Connect events, as well as related production, marketing, staffing, technology and operating expenses.

Supporter Benefits. You will receive the benefits described for the support level selected at checkout. Benefits have no cash value, may not be transferred without written approval and do not provide authority over GloBall Life’s business decisions. Event-related benefits remain subject to scheduling, availability and reasonable program changes.

Recognition. If you select public recognition, you authorize GloBall Life to display the name or company name you provide in connection with the Founding Supporter Campaign. GloBall Life will not use a company logo without separate permission. You may request that future recognition be removed by contacting GloBall Life, although previously published materials may remain in circulation.

Payment and Refunds. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payments are generally final and non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or otherwise agreed to in writing by GloBall Life.
