Shipping Policy

We work with trusted partners to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's what to expect:

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it enters production quickly—so we may not be able to make changes or cancel it. If you need to update an address or detail, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee edits after checkout.

 

Shipping Timeline
Because all GloBall Life merch is made to order, please allow time for production and shipping. You'll receive a tracking number once your item ships.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, or if it seems lost in transit, please reach out to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll help you file a claim, though in some cases you may also need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

P.O. Boxes
We can't guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes—please use a standard shipping address when possible.

 

Responsibility for Delivery
Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for it (including loss or damage) transfers to you. We’re happy to support any claims for replacement within the time window above.
