Our Team.
We have selected a team of career coaches and mental health providers who are professional and passionate about helping athletes navigate the transition to the next stage of their lives.

Abiola Wabara
Founder & Consulting Manager
I am a retired professional basketball player turned Digital Product Manager and consultant. My journey after retirement could have been so much easier if someone had been there for me to learn from, so I decided to pave the way for other athletes by creating this platform.
My goal is to use my experience to help you plan your next steps, identify your strengths and areas of interests.
Think of it has having a sounding board, that also understands what you are going through first hand.

Justin Foster
Career Coach
I believe the greatest accomplishment is to use your talents to make a positive change in the world. I guide professional and collegiate athletes through the process of translating their athletic talents and skills to a new career or entrepreneurial venture that is aligned with their goals and mission.
Successfully navigating this transition requires three essentials: purpose, mindset and personal brand.
I help you master each of these areas so that you will approach this next chapter of your life with confidence, excitement and clarity about who you are and what you want.

Val Berez
Life coach
I am a life coach, helping athletes manage psychological demands of their personal and professional lives. As an athlete myself, I understand the drive and passion that fuels your ambitions. I've been in your shoes, chasing my dreams on the court for over two decades.
That experience has given me invaluable insights into the challenges and triumphs you face as a high-achieving athlete. With a background in psychology and extensive training in leadership and performance coaching, I have the tools to guide you towards your personal and professional goals.
