Workshop Overview

What is the goal?

During this interactive and collaborative session the athletes will go through a series of exercises aimed at:

• Identifying and understanding their current challenges

• Building a “what does success look like” roadmap

• Having a clearer North Star to the future

• Identifying passions off the court

• Brainstorming major-related career options (for student athletes)

• Brainstorming ways to position oneself in the workforce

• Learn the benefits of networking

 

What is the Outcome?

• Provide athletes with the confidence and support to plan their future after sports

• Athletes will receive a workshop output deck with action plans

• Will be able to register to the Globall Life platform and have access to paid resources at no charge
