We hope you love your merch as much as we do! That said, here’s what to know in case something goes wrong:


Damaged or Defective Orders
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—on us.

 

Lost Packages
If your order seems lost in transit, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

 

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
If the address provided was incorrect or a package was unclaimed, it will be returned to our facility. You’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping once we’ve confirmed an updated address.

 

Returns & Exchanges
Because our merch is made to order, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues. Please double-check your order details before checking out.
